Tomorrow night the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals will meet once again on the football field. This time around the stakes obviously will not be as high, however this new found rivalry will probably live on for some time to come as many Pittsburghers expected Arizona’s Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt to become the Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach when Bill Cowher retired.

Even though the Vince Lombardi trophy is not on the line this time, I’m sure both teams are going to want to show up with their A Game. In pre-season the focus is not only on finding a way to win, many of the players are also competing for positions on the team.  What we’ve found is that, at this level of competition innate talent and ability is the norm, what sets apart one player from the next and subsequently one team from the next is how mentally prepared they are for competition.  Here at our Pittsburgh hypnosis center, we work with athletes of all ages and all abilities to help them acheive peak performance.  Dan Vitchoff has developed a system that we use with our athletes called,”The 33 Method” which  combines Hypnosis, NLP and Sports Psychology.  These are the same methods and techniques that he used with his Olympic Gold Medalists at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing,China.  We have also taken these specific and effective methods and techniques and incorporated them into our in office hypnosis programs that address weight loss, smoking cessation, reducing stress, tension and anxiety, overcoming fears and phobias, boosting self confidence, public speaking and more.  Feel free to visit our website at www.pahypnosiscenter.com for more information about our in office hypnosis programs or call our office at 724-934-8446 to schedule a FREE Consultation.
