Dan Vitchoff Presented at the 2009 National Guild of Hypnotists Convention

Our own, Dan Vitchoff, MS Ed.,CHt. Board Certified and Licensed Hypnotherapist presented at the 2009 National Guild of Hypnotists Convention and Education Conference themed, “Join the Leaders.” The National Guild of Hypnotists is the Nations largest organization of Certified Consulting Hypnotists. Vitchoff shared his expertise in Sports Performance and Mental Training and Performance Coaching with Hypnotists from all over the world.

Hypnosis Goes Hollywood! Is hypnosis really what you see on tv or in the movies?

Perhaps you’ve seen the episode of The Mentalist where someone was hypnotized into believing he was carrying a sack of potatoes when he was actually moving a dead body or CSI where a hypnotist hypnotized bank tellers to hand over large sums of money with post-hypnotic suggestions. These story lines are intriguing and entertaining but are not an accurate depiction of Clinical Hypnosis.
