Whatever issues in your life may be giving you stress and anxiety, there are ways to deal with it. Hypnosis can be a big help, but these 4 steps can also help.

 

The 1st step is to stop and take a deep long breath IN and an even slower deep breath OUT and all the while visualising  a thought that gives youPEACE.

The 2nd step is to consider what is holding you back and put it in a perspective that feels good. See the fear and change the thought about it. Remove all the CONS and hold on to all the Pros. Just for a minute. Enjoy and relish in the experience.

This is how intuitive people work. They carefully guide their minds by their gut instincts, being mindful of not becoming derailed by negative thoughts and over emotional and responses.

The 3rd step is to recognize your ability to get through it in the past. You have gone through difficult times in the past and you will most certainly get through them again. This is just another BUMP on the road.

The 4th Step is to consider that you are always STRONGER, more RESILIENT and more CAPABLE than you think you are.

These 4 steps have helped me overcome my intitial reactions to bad news, dissappointments and periods of Self Doubt. They are simple to do and will help you to quickly and EASILY reframe bad thoughts.
